What is a web hosting control panel?
A web hosting control panel is pre-installed software provided by hosting providers for their clients to manage their hosting accounts and administer their websites. This web interface enables users to easily set up, modify, and monitor their sites.

They can also access each sub-account from the reseller control panel interface. Some users have reseller accounts for websites that are all theirs because of the ease of managing all their sites through one control panel.
